The purpose of this form is to allow you to establish an approval hierarchy for your Group/Department/Area. You should make sure that everyone in the approval group has registered and received their Eway User ID. Once you have established the correct hierarchy you will assign users to their appropriate group. It is important to note that the individual that has final approval might not be a purchase card holder.
